On the 02/02/2013 I went to Game at Galleria Mall to buy a fridge and washing machine. Before buying the fridge and washing machine I asked the salesman if they could deliver the goods after 17h30 in the evening. He replied they deliver till that time but they call me before deliver. I told the salesman its no problem if they can't deliver after I am back from work, I will just take my money elsewhere. Because there is a company willing to deliver at anytime according to when I'm free. The salesman writes on my slip that they will deliver on the 04/02/2013 after 17h30. On the 04/02/2013 I get a call from the delivery company saying they can't deliver my goods after 17h30 because they close at 16h30 and don't deliver weekends. So I asked so when will I get my goods because I only get home at 17h30. They tell me its not their problem speak to Game. So I decided to call Game, who by the way takes forever to pick up their phone, they put me through to their black floor manager. I'm sorry to say this that was the "blackest" service I have ever received. He treaed me like I the goods and Game was doing me a favour by even talking to me. The black manager told me it wasn't his fault
