It has been 12 days and not yet been refunded

I got a gift from thir shop. my friend gave me the invoice of it to return it as I didn't want the gift. they ddn't refund me at the shop and they said it will be refunded with in next two days. it has been 12 days and they didn't even contacted me or refund me.
