What is your policy on gift returns? My boyfriend bought me a pair of stud earrings and explained to your staff member that it was a gift. When I saw the ear rings, I asked him to return it as they looked too big. I didn't even try them on, they are in the original packaging. He goes to the store, manager says she will reprimand the staff member for not mentioning that ear rings cannot be exchanged. Why can't you just use a simple cleaning solution to sanitize the ear rings, it's clearly not used? Now we lose out on our gift / money, and get told that someone should have told us. All we wanted was a smaller ear ring, we didn't even ask for a refund. Very disappointing...
