My mom bought a gift for someone at Edgars but lost the receipt. She decided to return it a few days later, it still had the tag on and was still in it's original condition. They lady at the till said she was only allowed to choose something else in the shop. We asked if we could rather take a gift voucher and they said that it was not allowed in Green Acres Edgars anymore. They said that the specific management at Edgars in Green Acres made these rules and that we were not allowed to return branded products AT ALL. Anything with a brand name like Guess or Levy could not be returned. (even though we did not even have something that was branded). If this is true it is completely unacceptable. It is also unacceptable that we were not allowed to take a gift card! We didn't want something else in the shop and we were FINE with taking a gift card to be used later. I'm very disappointed in Edgars and won't be going there anymore.
