I would advise anyone considering buying a gift (or anything actually) from Coricraft to reconsider immediately. A friend purchased a wedding gift for me from Coricraft and told me that if it doesn't fit into my house I can change it within 7 days, she even went as far as to give me the invoice in a sealed envelope.
Unfortunately the gift did not fit into my house and I took it back to Woodmead Coricraft (within 7 days) to return it. The manager, Hayley, was not available on Friday afternoon - not a surprise considering the poor management of the store in general. The staff had to call her repeatedly on her cell and eventually she stopped answering - they had no clue how to handle the return. The next day I called the store several times, eventually getting hold of Hayley. I was told I cannot get a refund into my account, my friend must e-mail Coricraft and tell them I am authorized to receive the refund - have you ever heard of something SO ridiculous??
I HATE Coricraft and this is not the first time I have been treated with disdain by their employees. I will never go back. It is now my mission to tell anyone and everyone my story and to avoid Coricraft like the plague!
