Ordered a Christmas Gift for my son on the 3rd of December. Queried several times with limited feedback. Eventually on the 20th I asked for it to be escalated only to find out that they couldn't source stock. I then cancelled the order and was told that I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. Today is day 10 (working days) and still no refund. I have only had bad experience with Kalahari and will think long and hard before attempting to use them in future
