FANTASTIC service

LOng story short a HP laptop's hard drive failed, I diagnosed the drive myself, called Game Tyger Valley, spoke to Monty who is the manager at 18:30, he called me back as he said he would to tel me he spoke to HP and will call me the next day.

He called to give me Incredible Solutions number who manage the warranty, Incredible Solutions are a pain to deal with, so I called back to Game, Monty was out so I spoke to the next Manager in charge, (sorry I can't remember his name, something with a B) since 9am "B" has called me 3-4 times to let me know what is going on, Monty also called to let me know what he had done.

Even though the issue @ hand is not resolved yet I feel I need to let the Executives @ MassStores know what a AMAZING job these 2 men are doing! Once my business grows to the point where I need Managers, I would be MORE then happy to employ either, if not both of these guys!
