On the 17/05/2013 it took goods purchased which we did not want back to Mr Price Sport Tygervalley, worth R819-00. One of your SALES ladies did a transfer to my bank account, which we did not receive. We were told that the transaction can take up to 48hours. On Monday the 21st I approach the store manager Hanno who informed us that the girl should have refund us with cash or a voucher as the transaction done can not be performed. He will phone me on 22nd Tuesday to confirm that the sale will be rectified and monies be transferred to my account. On Thursday 24/05/2013 I approach Hanno who said that he will look into the matter and come back to me on Friday 25/05/2013. Again no response from Hanno. On Saturday 26/05/2013 I went to the store once again. Hanno were not in as it was his Saturday off. I left a message for Hanno at Nicolette the acting manager that Hanno should phone me on Mon 28/05/2013. Since then I had no response from Hanno. I went to the store today 31st May at 16h20 just to be told it is Hanno's day off.
