In the beginning of December I ordered a gift for a friend. Due to late/non delivery by the courier I had to cancel the order and buy the item from a shop. The call centre agent said I would be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. After 10 working days I left a complaint for not being refunded to which Kalahari responded and appoligised and said it was due to them being extremly busy over the festive season and my query was now escilated. A month later there is still no refund. Can we try and get more action and less appoligies this time?
