I was about three weeks ago at the Tygervalley branch and asked about the above bag and was told that it probably had been sold out after Mother's day. This was without checking for me on the floor and without taking my details to query whether they could find it for me. Then I contacted the Hotline and asked them to check for me as I saw this bag in the June 2013 edgars club book?
No response to date was received from Edgars and I just feel that this is a big sale that they have lost because of incompetence and no follow up. At least Woolworths phones you back and tries to get you the item from somewhere! Bad service especially in Cape Town is something I personally cannot handle.
