On the 4th of December I visited Edgars La Lucia and liked a black platform shoe but they didn't have my size in stock. I approached the sales assistant in the shoe dept. and ask her to check her stock room for my size. She asked me to wait while she checked. A short while later I saw this same assistant standing idly in a corner so I approached her and asked her if she found the shoe. Her response was 'Oh, where am I going to go upstairs to check for you - just write your cell no on a page and when I have time I will send out a request through fashion line". I duly did as I was asked. From her irritation and her total lack of customer service I sensed that she was not going to process the request so I went to the Edgars Pavillion branch on 05th December 2013. Unfortunately that branch also did not have my size. I went to customer services and placed a request through the fashion hotline. I was told I will receive a sms within the day to confirm that my request had been received. To date I have not heard from either of the branches. Edgars needs to send all their staff on customer training and STOP advertising for fashion hotline when it is NON EXISTENT!!!
