Poor Quality Products and Bad Service

We bought our rings at Sterns SouthGate on the 10 May 2013 and we started wearing them on that day after I was officially married to my wife. On the 12th my ring started changing colour and I had to return it and the lady at Sterns Centurion was very unprofessional and did not even show any customer ethics, I had to contact TFG Group in Cape Town to get the ring replaced with a new one, as the store manager and her subordinate didn't see the need to get me a replacement. Only when the HeadOffice intervened, then only could they give me a new replacement. Then two weeks down the line on the 27th I had to return my wife's ring to the quality of the ring again as it also changed colour and I immediately asked for a refund since everything happened within the 30 days return policy and the store manager refused and said before she can do a refund she will have to folow procedure 1st by sending the ring for quality check which will take 8 weeks before the ring can be returned. Now my wife must be without a ring for 8weeks, due to the poor quality of the Sterns jewelery. i WILL NEVER PURCHASE JEWELERY FROM ANY STERNS STORE ANYMORE AS IT IS OF BAD QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...
