I started working in December 2012. With my first pay check I wanted to buy me something special, something that would last me a long time. I decided to buy a Polo handbag and matching purse.
It's been almost a year to the day that I purchased the handbag at an Edgars. To my horror the handles started cracking and looks hideous. It's not like this bag is in the car all day - it's with me in the practice I work in - it even has its own space where it is safely stored when I'm working.
The bag has been handled with extreme care and still it looks as if I manhandled it over the past year. I specifically chose Polo because friends and family suggested it - because of the fact that it seems to be a timeless accessory.
Since then I have emailed Polo and Edgars also haven't had the decency to even try and get back to me, although I've personally been there. This is really disappointing service from both suppliers.
