Bad service

Last week Wednesday people breaked in to my house and my tv and amplifier. I saw it the Wednesday night at 6 when i arrived from work. The police was there and everything. I whent to house and home on the Thursday morning to report the tv got and put a claim in. My whife phoned them on Monday and the lady said that if the paper work are correct and sended to head office, then it will go quick. She phoned them yesterday and the lady that works with the claims wasn't at work. Today when she phoned again, the lady by claims doesn't answer her phone. This is really pathetic, but when you miss one months payment then you must pay the money immediately or there is further step that are going to be taken. How long does it take to send the papers to head office and go thru the steps for a claim.
