I purchased couches a month ago and when it arrived on Saturday 02/02/2013, it was damaged. I phoned the salesman on Monday 04/02/2013 to get it exchanged. He keeps telling me that its on its way, so I come home early from work to receive it and nothing arrives and so when I phone him, he says either its on the truck or it will come another day. This has been happening for a month now. Today was the same story, the delivery was supposed to have been done at 4pm, so I came home early from work and nothing has arrived, so I phoned Thabo and he says its on its way, so when nothing still arrived and I phoned and shouted at him, he eventually tells me there's no stock. For 1 month, he has been lying to me. I always have to phone him to find out what's happening, he doesn't ever phone to say there is a problem. My family have been dealing with House & Home for many years and have never received such bad service. I have paid cash for goods and I deserve good quality goods not something that looks second-hand. I I either want the new couches or my money and delivery fee paid back to me. I want this matter to be sorted out as soon as possible, because I have been waiting for 1 month.
