We have applied for an extented homeloan in January 2013.The assesor came out on the 1 Feb 13 to evaluate the house for R850 000 (we bought the house in Sep 2011 for R845 000). When we bought the house we built a 2 bedroom cottage flat at the back. So how can the first assesor get a difference of R5 000? I then phoned to dispute the asement, and was told a senior assesor will come out and evaluate the house? On the 4May 13 (yes months LATER!!) Gift 0833074167 (tried phoning him after the assesment and texting him but he never gets back to me) came to evaluate the house. I then phoned, and the lady said the house was valued/assesed for R950 000. Where i then ohoned and disputted it again. Then the guy on the phone (from STD Bank) said i should get 2real estate people to come and evaluate the house, which i did and got the paper work from them and faxed it thru like standard bank said to 0861111109.(I have proof of fax). I then phoned and the lady said there are no documents received. She then gave me a email adres and said they will phone back in 5hours (haha): [Email Removed] was send in 6, as the emails was to big). Cannot finish the story. REF53345720
