I AM PAYING FOR CHAIRS THAT I DO NOT HAVE

Furniture city midrand has been giving me the run around since i opened a furniture account with them in november2012.my chairs were sent for repairs and they never came back. now i am being told i cant replace them as they have been discontinued. ive spoken to customer care but no luck. yesterday the store told me the lady who helped me doesnt work there anymore and bradley and Jankie said they would call the supplier and get back to me by the end of business but they never called me back. i was also told they need my id, payslip and bank statement all over again. i even went to the woodmead store to look for similar chairs but no luck there iether. they keep refering me to their manager but he doesnt actually do anything to assist me as the client. he just pretends over the phone then he forgets all about my problem. since there is a debit order going off my account it would be nice for all the furniture that i am paying for to be accounted for. ive signed a contract and they are getting their money but i do not have my club chairs.
