I bought a TV unit online on the 12th of August and was called on Thursday the 14th to say my stuff was going to be delivered on the 15th which never happened, I then called them yesterday and the lady who answers the phone told me she would call me back and didn't, I had to call a second time today and still have not been responded to. I think this service is pathetic especially because I have paid for this product already and I will never buy from House and Home again.
I wanted to open an account there to furnish my house with new furniture and appliances and thank goodness I got to see how useless this delivery system is beforehand. House and Home will never see a cent of mine again and I will make sure all my friends and family hear about this service.
