Double Transaction

Was as Sasol on Robert Broom this morning and was charged double on my debit card transaction. One of the slips said it was unsuccessful, but the transaction went through. Second transaction was done on other machine after I showed them that the first transaction went through. Now, Riaan, the manager is insisting on a bank statement even though I have both receipts. Please ensure that when I go there, that the money be returned to my account, or get 100% cash back.
