I made a transaction in Spar using my debit card. The card machine was faulty and switched off. I was asked to redo my transaction. I later found out the money was taken twice out of my account. I brought this to Spars attention at the beginning of the month. It was confirmed that this did happen. I was told I would be refunded. But no one has bothered to contact me since.
