I went to pick and pay yesterday and got some groceries as well as my boyfriends nag mag he looks forward to every month. unpacking at home i gave it to him only for him to tell me its the old one (i wouldnt know this as i dont read it myself!!!)i put the slip into the bookspackaging so that i dont loose it and went in this morning at 8:35 to ask for it to be refunded or to take something in its place, one lady said it shouldnt be an issue and the other tells me they dont really do magazine exchanges, asking if i had now wasted R45 she stood with a mouth full of teeth and carried on. so i walked away. getting a few other items in the shop i had a look around it doesnt state on a notice that i could see anywhere in the store that magazine or book exchanges cant be done. considering the packaing was sealed, considering i brought it back the next morning and considering i do all my shopping at this branch i think its disgusting that this happens.i would suggest you do something about this asap as you are going to have many future issues with unhappy clients!!!
