I PURCHASED A LAWN MOWER WITH GAME VANDERBIJLPARK ON THE 9/2/13, IT WAS DAMAGED I RETURNED IT TO THE STORE ON THE 3/5/13, WAS SENT FOR REPAIR, AFTER RUNNING TO THE STORE FORTWO MONTHS I WAS TOLD IT WAS CUSTOMER ABUSE, I DID NOT ACCEPT THAT AND THE STORE MANAGER INSPECTED IT AND CONCLUDED THAT IT WAS NOT CUSTOMER ABSUSE SO THE STORE WAS GOING TO PAY. 3 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE WE WENT BACK AND WAS GIVEN A RUSTED, DENTED AND VERY OLD MACHINE, THE MANAGER FOR THE DAY ANDRE DUNHN, TOLD US ME I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT THAT OLD THING AND HIS MANAGER MYNHARDT DIETS WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT AND THAT WAS IT, TOLD ME I CAN EVEN CALL THEIR HEAD OFFICE IT WONT HELP (HE SAID ALL THIS AS HE WAS WALKING AWAY) AFTER 3 MONTHS OF BEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST THAT WAS A SOLUTION HE HAD TO OFFER "THE MACHINE LOOKS LIKE THAT, DEAL WITH IT" PLEASE ASSIST AS IM SURE THIS CAN'T BE ACCEPTALE.
