My wife had laybyed a sari and we paid for it in full last Sunday. Looking a the sari, we had second thoughts and requested for the sari to exchanged and our request refused and we were asked to speak to the area manager Kajal. Speaking to her, she refused to exchange the sari and confused me with another exchange. She said that she knew her rights and I am most welcome to take this further. That was never my intention and all my wife wanted was to exchange the sari for another way and at a higher price. She became rude and said that I was welcome to shop elsewhere and she was not concerned with a dissatisfied customer and many will come after me. Very sad day as we have also supported his store and will not do so in future. Guys, please do not support this store and related stores.
