I bought an LG direct drive Washing machine in April 2013 from the Game store at City View, 6 months later it is giving me problems. When I called the store on Saturday, I spoke to Emmanuel from the washing machine department whom promised to call me back. It is now Monday, I took my tea break to go into the store which does not know a single thing about how to go about claiming against the gaurantee. The following events took place, I was told to speak to Emmanuel from that department by customer service, i then waited 15 minutes for him to tell me that I did not take an extended warrantee and therefore it is customer service problem. The people in the store are very quick for sales, and no one in that store can offer me assistance with my situation!
