Was @ Edgars Jabulani Mall on the 11 May 2013 to return a pair of shoes that my sister bought for my daughter a gift, I was advised that returns and exchage are done @ Customer service. Only to find out that there was 1 cashier working others were sitting around doing nothing I then asked the Cashier who was busy with another customer if she was the only one scheduled to work she didn't respond to my question, had to wait an hour before I was assisted when I got to the cashier I told her I wanted to change the shoes size she then advised me that I have passed the 30 days for exchange and return I said to her but my Mom came to exchange the shoes and was advised that they wanted the account holder even though she had proof of payment and now that I have brough the account holder with me they now telling me that they can't help me I have waited an hour before someone could help me. She then called her Manager she advised me that unfortunately she can assist me. I am not happy about the service that I received from Edgars my mom went there last month to exchange the shoes and still she had to go back home and was told that they needed the account holde
