Poor quality watches

I returned an Ice Watch on 3 occasions, the first two times moisture was accumulating on the inside of the face and the last time the links in the strap were cracked. My request for a refund was ignored. The owner, who is Johannesburg based, claimed that he was not getting parts or service from the international franchise. He was still unprepared to refund or replace my watch. I have left messages on his cell phone but had no response to date.
