Not able to apply for a account

I am not able to apply for a account as my company does not have a work phone number. I gave my manager's contact details as he started the company but based on the fact the we are consulting at other company and do not have a physical office I am not able to apply for a account. And declined. I think this is unacceptable, we are a real company and the fact that we do not have a physical address nor land line does not change this
