Bad (Rude) attitude & no customer service

On 4th May I went to PEP Mogwase and when I got to the till for payment, I greeted the cashier who didn't respond and then when I gave her my bank card to pay she tells me she doesn't have a speed point and I offered that we use another speed point in the shop and the cashier (whose name ends with *dia*) screamed at me saying that she will not do such a thing and that I must pack my items back into my basket and go to another cashier, I then told her that it was her duty to inform me when I got to the till that she doesn't take cards and I then proceeded to the next cashier who was just as rude1 pulling items out of my hands and when I gave her my card to pay she said I must take the basket back to the door where I found it. I was so angry and wanted to reverse the whole transaction but was not ready to deal with the cashiers anymore. I have never felt so insulted, PEP needs to train its staff or get qualified staff. I will be returning the items to PEP today and want nothing to do with them. To think that I spend almost 2k to be treated like. Stay away from PEP if you don't want to regret spending your money and lets see who will pay their salaries without sales.
