I have just had the MOST disgusting service from your Galleria branch! After my items were rung up, I proceeded to say I had Eezi coupons - then the key pad did not work so I was moveed to another till. Then I put in my code and got R12 instead of R23!!! They said I'd have to phone head office! I then proceeded to pay the incorrect amount with my debit card that I had already used in WW and Dischem (Yes, I was sick through this disaster) in the same mall which I was told was declined - code 12 - there was NO reason for this! I then got moved to another till and paid again with my card which did not go threough again. I had to take out my medicine from the packed bags and leave my groceries (Most diary) as I have no other forms of payment and had to walk ALL the way to the atm and stand in a queue behind 9 other people to use 1 of 2 atms! I then went ALL the way back to checkers to pay... AGAIN! The manager didn't even have the number ready for me to phone after all that!!! Disgusting customer service!! On top of that, my diary products - milk and milkshakes were left lying around until I eventually got back! When I got home they have now all spoiled!!! Horrific!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
