On 23 October last year we paid R1090.00 for a replacement ignitor and Knobs for our Elba Gas Stove, after a few calls the ignitor was replace, then began the 'begging for the knobs' sadly we were not kept informed and had to keep phoning (over 10 call) only to be told they would be coming to put on the new knobs -sometimes no show or phone call-in total fraustration I called on the 4th Feb and asked to speak to Margeret or Allen Hirsch I was told they were in a 'meeting' and was put onto another Manager that promised to sort this out and let us know, well a few days later a few more knobs were replaced and we were told the one for the oven would be brought to us... well... to date... we are still waiting (sometime in the long wait we were told we would have to pay a further R390.00 for covers, but one of your technicians had come out to quote initially) to say the least I have lost TOTAL faith in Hirsch whom I have supported and trusted for many many years
