I ordered an item on Tuesday. The Toti branch didn't have it in stock, but Elmo sourced and couriered it to me... goods received from somewhere in the country within 48 hours... on the Thursday that same week! Thank you so much Elmo for your efficiency and professionalism; if you went this far for a small order like mine, I think that really says a lot about you.
