Problems fixing my fridge

I bought a Samsung fridge model RL67VCSH on 16 December 2010 from Atterbury Hifi Corporation. I paid an extra R1000 for an extended warranty. About four months back my fridge started making funny noises. After two weeks eventually somebody came to fix it but even more noises. I again send an email to inform Atterbury store that there is still something wrong with my fridge. I did not receive any response what so ever and wrote a complaint to the Head Office. The Kolonnade Branch Manager contacted me and referred me to (The Atterbury Store has closed down) the Menlyn branch. Innocent (same person who assisted me at Atterbury) arranged with Oupa from Hirches to come and have a look at my fridge. But the same problem still remains - getting worse!! How many times do I still have to report it to have my fridge fixed? I still have a two & a half year warranty left and I just want my fridge fixed! I asked for a copy of my till slip & the answer that I received from Ricardo De Sousa was that there is no access to the information of the Atterbury branch info as the server is down. I asked for my specifications of my fridge but felt it was really an effort for Ricardo to do so.
