GAME STORES and Massmart - What a disgusting company! On the 8th of March of March I requested a settlement and paid up the account 3 days later. At the time I told them that I wanted the account closed.
Today, the 23rd May, I received an invoice up to the 10th of May of R119.64 which includes charges, interests and assorted fees. I phoned to complain and was told that if I pay the account today - it will ONLY cost me R140.00. That's R20.00 in interest in 13 days and R140.00 in three months on a PAID-UP ACCOUNT...
What a disgrace!!!
