I would like to thank Jan Greef and Frank H for caring and taking ownership when we received pathetic and frustrating service from Defy Milnerton workshop, they did not have to intervene but went the extra mile in refunding our repair cost. They are an asset to Game/Massmart and myself and my husband will forever be Game/Massmart customers.
