On the 17/05/2013 i drove to buy a boots size 10, the shop had a left shoe only & they said i must come bck later they will look 4 it in the interim. Drove back after work for Musa to give me a size 8, they took down my
numbers promised to call me wen they find it. On the 20th i drove back to the store, the consultant told me they had forgotten, ask to speak to a manager who made excuses to say the shoe was ordered i was gonna
be called wen it arrived, to my suprise i got a call on the 22/05/13 from Welma to say they have the
shoes i must come collect i drive again there on the 23/5/13 only for them to tell me its a size 7 they recieved. I dnt believe the level of incompetence from such a huge brand, the worst part no one apologised, the only thing the guy said is 'he doesnt know how to say this', he was all smiles. The fact that i spent my precious time & petrol for nonsense. this is pathetic i must say. I was hoping to buy another shoes for my wife but after this saga i'll go to where my money is valued. Now i understand why my colleagues never go to the store, its appalling, pathetic to be exact disgusting service from the northern suburb of Jozi
