Unfair reporting to credit bureau

I cannot believe that after 30 years as an Edgars customer they had the audacity to report me to the credit bureau as a slow customer. Yes, I admit I made a misjudgement in the amount I had to pay them as I do not receive their statements. I did not go in store to pay my account, I did an EFT on the 4th May of R300 as I knew I was late and that was more or less what I needed to pay. I got an sms message on the 6th to say I did not pay but I ignored as I knew I paid online. Today I get a sms to say I was reported to the credit bureau as a slow payer. I called them to find out what this was about, to find out I short paid them. I was extremely angry about their approach to a longstanding good paying customer. I had to leave work early to go and pay my account at the store. Now my account is up to date for the amount that was shortpaid as well as the amount due on the 31st May 2013. Now does this mean they will write to the credit bureau to say they misjudged me as a customer, or will this bad remark be on my record. EDGARS HAS DEFINITELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. I owe them R3000.00 which I will pay off, then I will cut up their card and I WILL NEVER EVER buy by them again. They!!!
