I've purchased a bed in December 2012 at My Home Cape Gate at consultant Patricia. With the opening of the account I paid half of the amount due on the bed. On 16/12/2012 I went to settle the account and paid the full amount owned.

Every month thereafter I am receiving a statement with a credit amount and an outstanding amount. Each and every month I go to the store asking them to close the account. To date the account is still open and interest is charged on the outstanding amount. The amount owned is now bigger then the credit amount on the account.

Please is there someone who will be able to assist these people on how to close an account. I will most definitely never purchase anything from this store in the future
