Complaint, Interest on zero balance

My name is Thabiso Motloung. After I have paid my account in full, I receive a statement stating that I owe you guys interest.

On the 08 Ocobter 2013, I went to Dion wired Bedford Square, to request them a settlement amount that is outstanding in my account, and they subsequently told me, its R5852.84, and I paid the said amount to them, to bring my account to zero balance.

Yesterday, I receive a statement from you guys, telling that I now owe R98.13 interest. Honestly, Interest on what? interest on a Zero balance?

I don't expect to be ripped off like that, after I have been a good paying customer, and not even once had I not fulfil my obligation of servicing my account. When I call your customer care, the lady on the other hand, said, I will have to go back to the Dion wired Bedford center to sort out with the, since there is nothing she can do, so.. Now I need to incur another cost to go an talk to the store people?
