We (me & my wife) went to close Mr Price account at Standerton Store, after Mr. Price phone her and tell her she is in arrears with her account, which does not show on their statement that she was even in arrears, but still we went and pay the outstanding amount and close the account, I asked the lady that was helping me for confirmation on closing the account, she said that my wife must write her own confirmation, where on earth does any client of any company write their own confirmation, then that is not a confirmation, she went and tested my anger show I start speaking loader and she refuse to help me, because she said I scream at her, as falsely accused I decided to scream at her to show her what does it mean to scream at somebody. Even though she said we will receive sms within 24 hours to notify us from closing the account, it is now more then 100 hours ago.
