I Qualify for VIP Tier Status where they advise and advertise everywhere that you receive W-Rewards vouchers, Discounts and magazines etc for being a VIP Customer.
I lost my previous store card where I did receive all these above mentioned Rewards and ever since I received this new card (with exactly the same details) I receive no rewards from them and yet they confirm I am a VIP Client and I should be receiving the Rewards.
They confirm I am VIP
They confirm that I am not receiving the vouchers but they advise that I should keep spending and they will sort it out.
I called Customer service 4 times, I emailed them twice and no one can assist me. Every Consultant I speak to promises to assist me and no one calls me back.
I just wonder, why make such propaganda about the W-Rewards if in the end they don't offer them and Customer Service is useless at assisting with issues.
Disappointing - seems Woolworths is not what it used to be.
