Worst Edgars experience

I went to Edagrs Pavilion today (22nd May 2013 at about 9:45am), the store was not busy at all. I first went and bought a few clothing items first, to which i had to go hunting for a teller because all the tills were empty. I then went to customer service to try open an Edgars account it took about 10 minutes for me to get someones attention that i needed help at the completely empty customer service department, finally when someone did assist me i began to ask her questions about the account i was opening (to which she could barely give me answers to) The woman then left and called another lady to help, to which she handed me the phone and i started speaking to a gentlemen about the account i still didn't know much about, he then hung up because i was asking questions that the customer service staff should have explained to me. I told the assistant i needed it to be explain, she then disappeared, then 5 minutes later ANOTHER different woman showed up and handed me a form, told me to fill it in and then left. There was no one to help me, i started filling in the form and waited another 10 minutes. i then got up and left. All this took 40 minutes! No help, no service and no account!
