I have been to Edgars northgate 3 times to try and open a clothing account but there has been no response. Firstly the application form that i have been made to complete is not even visible. One can barely read the form. Its a.photocopied paper that is smudged and when i asked the Edgars consultant, he said it was beyond their control since a 3rd party is responsible for new accounts. The attitude from the consultants is just bad, there is no willingness to assist and i will give edgars northgate zero for their customer service and the overall client experience is bad
