Customer Service - Does anyone know

I shopped in the Edgars store at Menlyn today and asked the assistant where I could open an Edgars Store Card Account. The assistant told me Sunday was not a good day as the queue's where bad. I went to see if I could open it anyway. When I got the desk there was a big queue of people. I waited for a while and then spoke to the assistant asking them whether I could open an account as a housewife as I am a stay at home mom. My husband is the finanical provider in our home. The assistant confirmed that I could open account and said I could do it online. On arrival at home I went to Edgars web site and tried to fill in the online form but it wont let you go any further if you dont put in details about employment for myself, even though you can put in that you are a housewife..So now I dont know if the details she has given me are incorrect or what. I cannot get through on the phone either so it just looks like Edgards dont want my business after spending R5500 in there store today.
