Was left waiting at Heidelberg branch for more than five minutes while the teller speaks to other ladies - not buying or asking anything Edgars related. the teller then started counting her money and told me in no uncertain terms to go to another teller - as she was busy.
IN Vanderbijl I waited for more than 45 minutes to be able to pay. the sales lady was rude and very, very unfriendly.
why work with people if A: you don't want to work?? and B: you don't like people??
this bad service is unacceptable!!
