I purchased 4 tops. 2 out 4 had factory faults. I misplaced the slip but thought it was clear that the garments were damaged, due to no fault of my own. The cashier gave me such attitude, I felt as if I had . 2 days later I returned with a bank statement as proof of purchase. The cashier was much friendlier but had to call a manager, Hanlie, who didn't't introduce herself. Not being of ANY assistance, Hanlie told the cashier to call a different manager. I don't know her name, again no introduction, but this manger attacked me like a bulldozer aimed at a building. I was "instructed" to go shop so they could investigate. 2 hrs later I received a call from Caroline relaying a message that feedback would be provided the next day. A week later I had no feedback and called with Caroline as my only respectable reference. Hanlie was now on leave. Having repeated the entire story to Caroline I knew she understood where I was coming from. In less than 4 hours she had a resolution. My mind was made up never to shop at Centurion's Truworths again but thanks to Caroline... I'll definitely go back. Caroline you are 1 in a million... I hope Truworths knows how lucky they are to have YOU!
