I was on Holiday in PMB over December and purchased a Ginger Mary pants from the store there. On returning home, i tried on the item and it was way too big and didnt look right. so i decided that i wanted to return the item. I did not have the slip so i went to the store with the item explaining my situation. I told the cashier that i would like to return the item... not exchange it. So the cashier goes to the manager "Clementine" and asks her if this can be returned. i showed them the purchase from the sms i receive from the bank on paying for the item. Clementine then tell the cashier to tell me that i need to get a bank statement.
i go to the bank, get the statement where it stipulates that i purchased on item from Truworths Ginger Mary at the Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg. Clementine comes to me with a new story, she says that she cannot give me my cash back, i have to take something for the value or a credit note. why? her argument was there were back door shops that sell clothing with a truworths tag. so i took the credit note... not to my satisfaction...
AS for attitude. she was confrontational, rude, no respect.
SHE SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER...
