Erasmuskloof Pizza Perfect (Castle Walk).
As a group of colleagues and myself were ready to place our orders, the cashier Caroline was more interested in replenishing a large amount of change (coins) into the till.
We duly waited some minutes later for her to finish. She then took our orders and I specifically ordered a chicken and mushroom sub combo and even repeated the order twice. When the orders arrived, 15 minutes later, I noticed that a Perfect sub was made for me which contains pork (which for religious purposes I do not eat). I was extremely aggrieved by this and duly asked Caroline why this happened considering that I repeated the order twice. Obviously, replenishing change into the till was priority over attending to customers and taking their CORRECT orders down!!
Instead of rectifying the mistake, Caroline became defensive and began arguing with me the Customer!! Even when I had returned to my seat, this arrogant lady kept muttering to herself under her breath.
I left a message on the owners cell (which was off - lady named Rika, according to voicemail) BUT she did NOT return my call. So much for concern about your business! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
