I visited truworths greenstone on saturday the 15th of June 2013 to return two tops that i had bought in May. I explained to the teller that I had lost the receipt but bought in on my truworths card and it was my last purchase so she could easily get the info i then explained to her that one of the tops did not have a tag and originally when i purchased it i had to take one with the tag that was nt the same size as i wanted for it to be scanned and the other top that i bought was a gift for someone so i removed the tag. both of them were nt fitting properly and truworths greenstone did nt have that same top. so the cashier went and called the manager ALfred who came didnt even greet me starting screaming and saying YOU HAVE WORN THIS TOP AND THERE IS PERFUME ON IT AND I KNOW YOUR TYPE so i explained to him i cannot wear this as it is nt fitting me and that there is no perfume on it then another lady came behind the counter and smelt it and said it doesnt have perfume on it. she then returned it
My point is i was made to feel like in ur store by ur manager and accused of being of a certain kind? he kept on screaming at me. the shop was extremely busy
I want an apology!!!
