I went to Old Mutual Vereeniging branch to inquire about a duplication on my son's Education plan policy. I was assisted by Caroline who was very helpful. She suggested that I should cancel one policy. She told me I was going to need a bank statement for the cancellation, I did not have it with me so I had to rush to the bank. She made a copy of my ID & put my name down at inquiries on their queuing system because the que was very long. I came back from the bank & I went to inquiries & I explained to Rudzani that I was here ealier, my name was put on the list by Caroline. She "cheked" the list & insited that I was not on it. I asked her where Caroline was, she pointed outside. Caroline came & told her I was indeed on the list. Rudzani disagreed and lashed out at Caroline in front of me, how unprofessional! I told Rudzani that I am not prepared to start the line from the end. She was not interested in what I had to say & so she called the next customer without resolving my issue. She ordered me to move away from the counter. I went to sit down. A few minutes later another lady came with the list & "suddenly" I was on the list! After such rudeness! Not even an apology came my way!
