I bought a pants (tights) from Truworths. Got dressed the next day. When I was about to leave the house i felt something scratch my leg. Checked and found a hole in the pants. Needless to day I was irritated because now I am running late and had to find something else to wear. I returned it to N1 City branch and was told that they have to send it away to quality control because it doesn't look like a quality issue (in other words I must have damaged it) -2weeks later I get a call saying that it is not a quality issue. I explained the story again and the manager (Nigel February) started to become very irritated with me (the client) for not wanting to understand. I asked him to check with someone else because I didn't damage it apon which he said there's no one else so I contacted the customer complaintsThe regional manager contacted me saying that he will investigate and get back to me the same day. That was -3weeks ago. In the meantime I am getting calls from Truworths's accouts dept wanting payment for a pants I don't even have (at truworths). I made numerous call for feedback but nothing. I have this acc for 20years and hv never skipped payment. I am so disappointed. What happened to Truworths
